I’m excited to announce that our annual Summer Community Picnics are returning this year, with events scheduled for July 28, July 30, August 4, and August 6. These free family-friendly gatherings are a great opportunity for neighbors to come together, enjoy food, games, entertainment, and connect with local organizations and resources. We’ll also be giving away backpacks and school supplies to help students prepare for the upcoming school year. I look forward to seeing families from across the district join us for a fun-filled summer tradition that celebrates community and helps ensure our children start the school year ready to succeed.

Please join us for an evening of free food, music, fun, and solidarity at National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4th, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., at ShopRite Shopping Center, 5597 Tulip Street.
National Night Out is a special time for law enforcement and the community to come together to build a stronger and safer community.
Free gun locks and wheel locks will be available along with valuable resources from our partners.
