55th Ward Democrats entered the 2026 General Election season with the goal of knocking every accessible (non-apartment) door of an active Democrat in Ward 55. We believe we have been successful: twenty-two individuals canvassed twenty-nine divisions in twenty-two days.
Our ultimate goal is to improve voter turnout in Ward 55 among Democratic voters. This may be a long effort, and we may not see the results of our efforts for several election cycles. We will keep all supporters aware of our efforts over time.
I am deeply indebted to the committed individuals in Ward 55 who worked with me to contact our Democratic neighbors. I could not ask for a better crew of dedicated individuals.
